implements between 21-31 August 2017 a complex training program aiming at :
– Developing skills on designing and facilitating NFL activities (employment skills and quality of debriefing focused) for 31 youth workers during 10 Days of TC;
– Improving the quality of NF programs and activities for youth for 8 partners by empowering 4/3 of their representatives/youth works during 10 months of project;
– Developing the creative and innovative potential of young people through non-formal learning in ways that are relevant to employability for 150 young people (indirect beneficiaries of follow-up activities) during 4 months;
– Promoting networking between researchers and activists/perfectionists of NF education from 8 countries for 10 months;
In short , we’ll prepare a trainers who will learn how to run non-formal activities with young people .

The Power of NFL will provide a unique opportunity for motivated youth workers, youth leaders, peer-to-peer educators or active members of youth organizations to come together and understand much better the magic of Non-formal learning – how it works, what are the principles of good quality non-formal learning, gain concrete skills on how to design and facilitate non-formal learning activities for youth, bring innovation to the domain of NFL and empower with training skills for developing the creative and innovative potential of young people through non-formal learning in ways that are relevant to employability.
We are expecting minimum of 3 years of experience in youth work / facilitation/training proved by attached cv, you need to be aged over 18, resident in the sending country and
You possess advanced knowledge of English (writing and speaking).
Selection criteria (also mentioned in MOU-signed after selection but included in the open call as preview for registered participants) are:
You are able to attend full duration of training course,
you are able to run the dissemination and follow-up activities in your community,
you will submit a final report upon the follow-up activities and
you will ensure visibility of the E+ program.
What you need to do?
Fill in the application form AND Memorandum of understanding (MOU) attached to this call + send your CV to prove your youth worker experience by e-mail to your represented association before 30th of June 2017. Your association will announce the results before 2nd of July 2017.
The final list will be published on the 3rd of July by email and online in the Facebook group of TC.
